In the event of inclement weather on a High School exam day:

If we have a delay day (9:30 opening), we will do the following:

-If the delay day is Friday, 1/18/02:

• Block 1A will be 9:30-11:30.
• 11:30-12:00-LUNCH
• Blocks 2A and 3A will run together from 12:00-3:00 PM.

-If the delay day is Tuesday, 1/22/02:

• Block 1B will be 9:30-11:30
• 11:30-12:00-LUNCH
• Blocks 2B and 3B will run simultaneously from 12:00- 3:00 PM with the following room changes:
  • In Block 3B, 307 becomes 321.
  • In Block 3B, 305 becomes the Cafeteria.
  • In Block 3B, 306 becomes 315.
  • In Block 3B, 308 becomes the Guidance Conference Room.
  • In Block 3B, 309 becomes the Teacher Prep Conference
    Room.

-If the delay day is Wednesday, 1/23/02:

• Block 1C will be 9:30-11:30.
• 11:30-12:00-LUNCH
• Blocks 2C and 3C will run together from 12:00-3:00 PM.

-If the delay day is Thursday, 1/24/02:

• Block 1D will be 9:30-11:30.
• 11:30-12:00-LUNCH
• Blocks 2D and 3D will run together from 12:00-3:00 PM.

-If the delay day is Friday, 1/25/02:

• Block 1E will be 9:30-11:30.
• 11:30-12:00-LUNCH
• Blocks 2E and 3E will run together from 12:00-3:00 PM.

If we close for the entire day, we will put up the entire day to Monday, January 28, 2002, and the 1st day of the 2nd semester will become Tuesday, January 29, 2002. (Any Regents or RCTs scheduled for that day would be cancelled.)
