Kindergarten Registration for 2003-04 begins
Thursday, January 30th.
- In accordance with the New York State's Sex Offender Registration
Act the school district was recently notified by the Clarkstown Police
that a sex offender resides within the district. District policy
provides, per law, that the information received will be posted in all
district buildings and will be available upon request. A letter (see
link) was sent home to all parents in the Nyack Schools per district
policy. Available online (click here)
is the information contained in the release from the Police Department,
and it is the only information available to the public, although a photo
is attached to the release which is posted in the buildings and on the
release.
