EMERGENCY CLOSING POLICY Schools may be closed because of hazardous conditions or inclement weather, if this happens, the days will be made up in the following order: Day 1 - April 18th, Day 2 - April 10th and Day 3 - April 11th. The district will not consider travel costs as a reason to approve personal days if emergency conditions restore days to the school calendar. Personal days are not to be used for extension of Recess periods. Adopted by the Board: April 19, 2005 |
