    1. Powers to Board President, Vice-President and Superintendent of Schools:
      • The President, Vice-President, and Superintendent of Schools shall be authorized to pay all employees, instructional and non-instructional, on a periodic basis as established by policy; pay principal and interest on school bonds when due; pay dues for attendance of Board members at organization conventions at district expense within budget allocation.
